Many deer species are capable of jumping 6 or 7 feet in the air, with some species, such as the white tail deer, having the ability to jump as high as 15 feet!

Deer and other types of animals, such as antelope, springbok, and gazelles, may look the same. However, they are different types of animals, with deer having antlers, while the other animals have horns.
Antelope, springbok, and gazelles horns are permanently attached to their heads, but deer shed their antlers every year and grow a new set!
