~ Fun Fact ~
Lee Iacocca and Hal Sperlich are the brains behind the Dodge Caravan. They originally pitched their idea to Henry Ford II in 1974, while they both worked for Ford Motor Company.

However, Ford II rejected the idea. Eventually, Iacocca and Sperlich ended up working together once again at Chrysler. This time, their idea found success.

Chrysler introduced their new vehicle in November 1983. Production for the 1984 model began shortly thereafter.

It’s been a huge success ever since then.
